There are moments in life when you know what you want—but actually moving toward it feels harder than it should. Not because you don’t care, but because change asks something of you. It asks you to let go of old patterns, old identities, and familiar ways of being—and that can bring up resistance, overwhelm, or grief that’s easy to get stuck in.

This 12-week coaching container is designed to support you in that space. Together, we work at the intersection of awareness and action—helping you understand what’s getting in the way of change while building the capacity to move forward in a way that feels grounded and sustainable. Our work blends somatic awareness, nervous system support, and practical behavior change, so you’re not just thinking about what needs to shift—you’re actually living it.

This reduced rate offer includes 6 one-on-one coaching sessions to be used over 12 weeks, offered on a sliding scale of $333–$555 while I work toward my accreditation hours. It’s a space for people in transition—for anyone who feels in the “in-between” between no longer and not yet—and wants support becoming someone who can follow through on the life they’re moving toward.

Begin Again is a somatic coaching journey for anyone ready to move from knowing to doing, from overwhelm to embodied action, and from patterns that constrict to ones that liberate. Rooted in the bhakti path, IFS, and trauma-informed somatic practices, this process invites you to slow down, get curious, and gently excavate the core beliefs driving your behaviors.

My coaching style is a grounded blend of the practical and spiritual—we work with what's alive in your body right now while honoring the sacred wholeness of your human experience.

Through our work together we'll track what's alive in your body, explore the stories you carry, and create new skills and beliefs that support the life you're aching to live.

You'll learn to:

  • Notice the somatic cues that precede unhelpful patterns

  • Access your body's wisdom to create sustainable change

  • Befriend the parts of you that resist transformation

  • Build capacity to feel more without becoming overwhelmed
