Begin again coaching
Change isn't about willpower. It's about rewiring the patterns your body has learned to keep you safe—even when those patterns no longer serve you.
Begin Again is a somatic coaching journey for anyone ready to move from knowing to doing, from overwhelm to embodied action, and from patterns that constrict to ones that liberate. Rooted in the bhakti path, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, yogic wisdom, and trauma-informed practices, this process invites you to slow down, get curious, and gently excavate the core beliefs driving your behaviors.
My coaching style is a grounded blend of the practical and spiritual—we work with what's alive in your body right now while honoring the sacred wholeness of your human experience.
Together, we'll track what's alive in your body, explore the stories you carry, and create new neural pathways that support the life you're aching to live. We work with sensation, movement, breath, and mindfulness to help your nervous system learn that change is safe, that you are resourced, and that beginning again is always possible.
You'll learn to:
Notice the somatic cues that precede unhelpful patterns
Access your body's wisdom to create sustainable change
Befriend the parts of you that resist transformation
Build capacity to feel more without becoming overwhelmed
Anchor new behaviors in embodied experience, not just insight

This coaching is for creatives navigating procrastination, self-sabotage or perfectionism. It's for anyone who's tried to "think their way out" of patterns and discovered that the body holds the map.
Here, there is space for it all. You are worthy of care. You make so much sense.
